Compassionate Senior Solutions offers an unprecedented, caring approach in helping to transition seniors and their families. We provide an in-depth consultation with each family, and personally accompany our clients to the communities we identify as most suitable. We advocate on their behalf and simplify the search process, alleviating tension so families and their aging parent can make a rational, informed decision. We customize the search for each client and never send out generic referrals based on a computer-generated form.

Meet Sandra Heller
Sandra Heller founded Compassionate Care Solutions in 2006 because she saw a need for the struggle that families endure while placing their elderly loved ones in assisted living communities. "We never wanted to be internet-based," says Sandra of her mission in starting the hands-on, concierge-style service as an impassioned advocate for families to ensure they find the most appropriate living environment for their aging loved one.
With more than 12 years of experience in the senior living placement business, Sandra has worked with hundreds of families, and treated each and every one with compassion, professionalism and a caring heart.

For Sandra, providing much-needed, compassionate support is not just a career, but a passion and a way of life. Sandra often gives of her time and contributions to local organizations, such as the Beauty Bus Foundation, which delivers beauty and grooming services to the chronically and terminally ill and their caregivers.
Sandra also regularly volunteers at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and checks in on seniors and their families in assisted living facilities throughout the area. She can often be seen with her furry comforting companion, Shayna, who has been trained and certified as a POOCH (Pets Offering Ongoing Care and Healing).
